3) Road Report
a. Grading
i. Grading performed on all roads by Blair Sand and Gravel
ii. Christian filled in potholes on all three sections before the grading was done
iii. Christian smoothed out the “speed bump” between Zarnett’s and Dagg’s.
iv. No new material added (at time of meeting
v. Post Meeting
1. Two loads of A gravel added to Miller’s portion between Zarnett’s and Dagg properties
2. 3 loads of A gravel added on Preacher’s
b. Culverts
i. No culvert work performed this season
c. Side brush management
i. Considerable work was preformed, with a considerable amount yet to be done
ii. Christian, Dan, Craig, Shane, friend of Shane’s (sorry, forgot name...) myself, and Jaimie spent over 30 “person” hours cutting brush and trees on Preacher’s and Miller’s on August 28th
d. Tree management
4) “Consolidation” of the finances for all three sections of the roads. Further discussion required.
