Hello everyone.

Sorry for the late notice, but due to overwhelming commitments by your road managers and committee members, we need to postpone this year’s BBQ and Road Meeting. We reviewed and discussed many options, including a fall BBQ, but the consensus was to hold it next summer, or possibly in the spring. Again, sorry for the late notice.

The good news is that our reserve funds are increasing, we have several new cottagers to help in the mix, and the roads are in great shape. We might have a “Mini-Road Bee” to clean up a few areas, probably in late September. We will let you know for those who want to help out. Also, we hope you noticed that the brush was cleared a few weeks ago, and that has helped reduce the blind corners.

We will issue a “newsletter” in the fall to bring you up to date with some old and new issues, but in the meantime, if you have any concerns, or thoughts, please send them directly to Boyd, Josh, or Dave.

Also, if you have changed your email, or address, please advise Dave L. (email below).

One thing on people’s minds this summer (more than usual), is the speed of drivers on our roads. Please drive with care!
